  Christmas Eve, what are you doing tonight?

  i might go over to my parents for a few hours, have dinner there, then come back here at my apartment in the evening and have a few beers and chips while i post.. i bought a christmas present for my cat...... new brand of high quality cat food which she tried and she loves..... http://www.royalcanin.ca/products/fn/indoor/mature_en.php.

  hello and a very merry christmas to all your ex-witnessess out there!

  have a wonderful time with your families!.

  the best gift in the would would be if our son showed up with his witness wife (whom we love) at christmas.....and announced she's no longer part of the cult.

  i can't beleive that some people are actually agreeing with this illustration...it's sickening.

  i don't know if any of you had the displeasure to read the dec 1 2005, watchtower?

  (page 6) with the nice subject of harmageddon.. well, one paragraph is about "how can a loving god make war?

  right now my cousin, who has'nt even been a dub for years is likely dying because of the blood issue.

  she signed no blood stuff likely due to her parents and a likely hlc member, jim rife.

  she signed it apparently in a drugged or severely stressed state right before they put her into an incuced coma.

  Why would Jesus' first miracle be turning water into wine?

  i recently wondered why jesus would use his first miracle to make more brew - any ideas?.

  i mean, i thought the first miracle would have been a healing or a resurrection or something.. i'm sure the wedding party didn't complain.. is it possible that this account was really the first miracle performed by jesus?

  did jesus not perform miracles before his baptism?

  one of my favorite bands is deicide.

  i'm sure it's not to any of your tastes, but they have done a few songs that are, to me at least, obviously about the jws.

  their vocalist and writer, glen benton, wrote an article about the jws on their site but i can't get into the site anymore.

  When I say he is a hero, I simply mean I like him and admire some things about him. I don't sit and obsess or anything.

  Yeah, he's pretty obsessed, but I commend him for shoving this shit in people's faces and trying to force them to look, and making a living off of something he enjoys. The songs they do will not be liked by most, if for no other reason than because it's death metal, which is certainly not popular or mainstream. I've also read a bit about him and his background and he has some good reasons for hating Christianity so much. It's a shame I can't get into their website anymore, because some of the mini-essays he wrote are very revealing.

  Hey my friend, you need some counseling. Suicide is no answer Ok ? It does not hurt you only those who love you. Dying is easy but suffering the loss is much harder than the dying. Please if you are serious about committing suicide all the time then please get some help. I would really not want you to do that.

  Heh. Send me some cash and I'll get a doctor ASAP. Until then I'll go to sleep imagining I have a gun to my head.

  Need advice and support :(

  my mum has been inactive for the best part of a decade.

  the other week, the daughter of the woman my mum studied with to become a jw popped over to see mum (they are good friends).

  the daughter was saying how she probably won't get baptised herself as there is too much she doesn't agree with, but that she thinks jws are right.
